Alvina Ralls Alvina Ralls creates unique jewelry pieces using her own individually crafted beads. These are made of porcelain, earthenware, and Egyptian paste. She also masterfully cuts and fires dichroic glass into artful pieces which evolve into spectacular jewelry. Each creation is constructed with the addition of both silver and copper wire which is wrapped around the glass "gems"; thus becoming extraordinary to the eye. In many of the creations, Ralls combines the fired clay beads with the dichroic glass into still more unique necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Much of the appeal of her work centers on the personalized approach to her art. She feels that each piece is unique and carries with it an opportunity to compliment the buyer’s individual style while maintaining her own creative feel for her works of art. The inspiration for her art emerges from her German and Native American heritage. The combination of the desire to create fine art pieces of lasting quality with the earthy feel of nature make Alvina Ralls an artist of noteworthy recognition.
